ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The High/Scope Curriculum integrates all aspects of child and youth development. Using research-validated strategies, this approach enhances each young person's growth in the foundations of academics as well as in social-emotional, physical, and creative areas.

Nursery classes will begin at 8:15am where students report to their classroom starting with circle time, reading readiness, social skills and a special such as art, music or physical education students will be provided with a snack and play break during the morning session. Classes will continue until lunch time which will be followed by naptime. Afternoon classes will consist of basic mathematics, speech and thinking skills.

Classes will conclude at 2:30pm with optional day care facilities until 5:30pm if required.

The elementary school day begins at 8:15am where students will move to their classroom. Morning classes will include 90 minutes of uninterrupted reading, a special writing class/or Arabic language and then a morning break. After lunch, students will return to class for mathematics, social skills, critical thinking and a special activity or Arabic/Islamic studies.

Classes will conclude at 3:30pm with optional sporting, academic support and/or extra curricular activities to be concluded at 5:30pm.
